Design for dis-assembly (DFD) is integral to every product we build. DFD means that parts are removable, replaceable and/or can be shipped dis-assembled to save on transportation costs. Built in storage for furniture provides greater functionality to each piece whether under the seat or in the arms. While the internals for each product are highly detailed for efficiency, the effort is focused on the resulting clean and honest overall aesthetic.

Computer controlled machines generate repeatedly accurate parts that assemble with predictable ease. 3D software is used in the design and engineering process which provides amazing control. Each design created is optimized for ultimate durability and efficiency in material use, thus doing more with less.
HARMONY | 8
As in nature, balance is a fundamental occurrence. All products are constructed with reduced impact materials to help improve indoor air quality and promote local material use. Although not currently the case with all products, the end goal is for designs to be re-purposed in an on going cycle.

SOFT SEATING DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
My career in furniture production began back in 2001 working for a high volume supplier of upholstery furniture frames. Today I specialize in soft seating development for office, healthcare, eldercare and hospitality markets. In addition, I have developed many products for residential and contract clients consiting of motion furniture and small space storage solutions.
